About Us

We have been catering weddings and banquets for over 45 years. There have been many changes both in our menus and appearance. What started out in a small kitchen in the back of a fire station has grown into a full scale, service oriented operation.

Our hall has undergone many upgrades. The first came in 1969 with the construction of a hall completely separate from the fire station. This room was capable of holding 200 people. The second stage, built in 1985, enlarged the hall to accommodate 350 guests.

Our menus have also undergone many changes. We now offer a wide range of entrées and can accommodate most special requests. Your choices range from Roast Chicken with Italian Herbs to Filet Mignon and Lobster Tail. Our full service bar and professional bartenders can handle any request.

Our goal is to make this day as enjoyable as possible for you and your quests. Our facility is completely covered by generators in case of any disaster or force of nature. Also, if you have any special needs, please let us know.
