The Bar must be included if the Hall is rented on a Friday or Saturday for a minimum of three (3) hours and a maximum of five (5) hours. A large variety of premium liquors, wine, and draft beers are available.

No liquor is permitted to be brought into the Hall.
We have the right to refuse anyone who is either creating a disturbance or is intoxicated.
No one under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.

Deposit ~ A non-refundable deposit of $800.00 is required to hold the Hall for your desired date.

Payment ~ The balance of your bill, the final count and seating chart are due one (1) week prior to your affair, payable by personal check, money order, cash, or credit card.

Guidelines ~ Upon signing the rental contract for the Hockessin Memorial Hall, you consent that:

You are responsible for any stolen or damaged articles.
Decorations are not permitted to be hung on the walls.
No confetti or small particles are to be placed on the tables.
We will place favors, personal centerpieces, and the place cards for you if they are brought to the hall prior to the affair.
