You will be contacted by the Hall a month prior to your affair to set up an appointment to meet with you and go over any questions you may have. At this time, we ask you have your menu picked out. Please call us if you wish to meet with us earlier.

The balance of your bill is due two (2) weeks prior to your affair, payable by personal check, money order, or credit card. Prices are based on 150-350 people; any amount lesser will be assessed.
